True Defiance: What next for Tunisia’s Jasmine Revolution?
In mid January, Tunisia’s protestors forced the country’s longtime dictator Ben Ali into exile.
Photographers, film makers and citizen journalists played a key role in the revolution, using social media to communicate with each other and with the wider world. Dr Lotfi Kaabi will join photographer Ons Abid, film maker Yossera Bonchtia and other prominent figures to discuss Tunisia’s right of passage to democracy and ask whether elections in Tunisia have delivered what the revolution demanded.
